I noticed last week that I was excreting lots of the ‘good stuff’ milk (I was around 37 weeks then) so ordered a kit so I Could take advantage and colostrum harvest.
The kit has now arrived, syringes etc, I’m 38+1 now & annoyingly the milk secretion has completely stopped and I can’t seem to get any out.
Am I too late? Does anyone have any advice to try and get it to come out again?
TIA

From what I've read it's a case of gently expressing twice a day, even if you don't get anything, and trying to boost oxytocin. Then eventually it may come in after a couple of weeks of that, or it may not.
I'm about a week in of fairly inconsistent massage and still only getting droplets too small to harvest.

I would just keep trying. Few minutes each day. You'll need the oxytocin to release it though so try to relax as much as possible; that's why they often say in bed or after shower/bath. But don't worry if you don't get any. It isn't linked to general milk production and if/when your milk does properly come in, colostrum will be at the start of that anyway

And I'd also say I've found more success sitting leaning forward rather than lying down. Gravity I guess 🤣

agree with this. Focus on massaging and stimulating the area. If something comes out great, if not, it is good as well.
Nhs recommends doing it only for like 10 mins starting once a day and building up few times a day ( if you want)

Thanks all for help, will deffo keep persevering until she arrives !! Xx
