So I’ve noticed this group is exploding with posts about sleep regression. I guess we’re all starting to hit that tiring milestone. I wanted to start a thread where people can post about their experience, share tips or just have somewhere to feel supported.
I’ll go first. My LO is 15 weeks today and has been so unhappy since 13 weeks. Naps at 30 mins a time unless on me, screams all the time because she’s tired, wakes up multiple times in the night after previously being good. I’ve started to try and implement a routine but it’s so hard to stick to when she’s crying so much.
How are we all doing?

I decided to keep doing this we have done before. Only change is to turn off tv earlier and go to bedroom with dimmed lights earlier than before. Our naps are finally back to normal but nights... longest he slept was 3h straight😂 Keeps waking up every hour after 3am... What helps for me i noticed is to just accept it and go to bed earlier myself as well. Trying to literally go with the flow. I personally for some reason struggle with naps for myself during the day so i think im running with them mama hormones🤣

sounds like you’re doing the best you can. Hope it ends soon for you. Glad the naps are back on track, well done ❤️👏🏼👏🏼

I’m on the same boat, since 13 weeks everything is going wrong 😂, even the feeding. I think mine is going through a breastfeeding crisis, sleep regression and teething all together. Waking up multiple times, crying non stop, taking me between 2 to 3 hours to put him down.
Last night it was a bit better only because I gave him calpol for the teething pain. Only bad thing is that I’m feeding him to sleep now bc I found out it’s the only way he will calm down due to the pain 😭😭😭

13.5 weeks and a nightmare for feeding and sleeping. Seriously losing my mind spending 20 odd minutes shushing and rocking like a mad woman as she just won't fall asleep!! You can see her struggle with the sleep cycle too. Plus feeding is barely 60ml per bottle during the morning. Oh come back my sweet baby!!!

Same here, my little boy will turn 4 months on the 11th of November (lost count of the weeks already) and today he only napped 3 times but 15 mins each, been awake since 06:30 this morning!

I feel for all of you. ❤️ sending my love and strength. We are also experiencing feeding issues too. Barely feeds in the day but no issues at night. If I limit feeding to one a night I get mastitis because her feedings out of whack.
Hoping for better days to come soon.

The pain is real.
My new personality is sleep deprived - I've completely lost my sense of self. My LO has been struggling with sleep since week 13 ish, and at week 16 we're just creeping back up to a first nighttime sleep of 3 hrs. But after that, he wakes every hour. Nap times are full of tears and invariably I'm feeding him to sleep.
The improvements I have been seeing, although hard won, are due to the help of this book: precious little sleep by Alexis Dubief.
What I can say, is that he's starting to giggle and laugh, he's rolling over and starting to play. When you hear that beautiful sound of laughter, my tiredness seems to just melt away ❤️
Good job to all those powering through this tough period. I'm promised that there's more sleep in our future!

This thread is so reassuring! My LO has consistently been sleeping at the same time every night for weeks. Now we’re entering week 13 and she’s wide awake at her usual bedtime and not having any attempt at sleep. Also feeding for longer at night. I know it’s all developmental and that baby sleep changes all the time, but it’s nice to know we’re all going through the same thing. Sending lots of hugs to all of you.

My LG is 13 weeks and is either refusing to nap or assleep most of the day. I’ve had to resort to bottle feeding breast milk as she point blank refuses to breast feed. She sleeps 9-7 with one wake up between 4 and 5am which I am thankful for

that’s why I wanted to post about it. So everyone knows they’re not alone. Hope you make it through soon.

love these positives. That’s what we have to hang on to. Might have to look into that book.
I’ve been trying to implement a nap and bedtime routine. Some days it works, others it’s a scream session. Just have to preserver by the sounds of it.

Is anyone else experiencing increased spit up? Quite a lot on some occasions. We've also gone backwards on burps. We used to have feeding issues but these had got massively better. Don't understand why a development stage would affect digestion???

yes we have too. Her spit up improved, but now it’s back since the sleep regression started.

so weird, assume it's just their
Bodies going through change. Bloody annoying for increasing the washing though!!
