my nipples have gone so tender and look like this, as if they’ve been grazed?! it’s painful to feed and feels so sore when she’s feeding

Looks like a shallow latch when feeding.
Is she currently teething? I found when my baby was teething she would have a shallow latch cause she would use my nipple as a teething toy. She would start with a deep latch and gradually get shallow.
yes! i noticed this morning she’s got a top tooth coming!!
Use a nipple cream and air it out. I found that works best. Keep checking her latch aswel, if it starts to become shallow, take her off and put her back on, deep
i will do! i did wonder whether it was to do with that as it felt like i was feeding a newborn all over again
