Anyone else's baby going backwards with naps?

I feel like we’re experiencing similar. We haven’t got back to four naps but by the last wake window it is painful and we’ve had a few nights of screaming the house down for an hour whereas before he would self settle in his own room. It’s coincided with weaning, a cold and me having a lot on I’ve had to take him to though, so who knows

I'm in the same boat🙃 my daughter was having 3 naps, had a pretty solid routine, all was good.
This week, we've been having short naps which has led to short wake windows and subsequent melt downs if I don't catch that sweet spot! Today she's had 5 naps, none of which were longer than 40mins🙃
