It feels never ending at this point. She started sleeping for 5 hour stretches from about 8 weeks. Then 6-8 months she was waking every hour. It then got a bit better to 3 times a night. Now we’re back to waking every hour crying. Her morning wake window is 2.5 hours because shes knackered. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m running on empty and so is she.

Learn more about our guidelines. My baby is like this without the 5 hour stretches. My second baby was like this until 3 y/o, and at 3 & a half he sleeps through slightly more often than not! Some babies just can’t sleep on their own. We co-slept to cope! It does come to an end but I always found it gets worse around this age anyway x
My baby still wakes every 1/2 hours still it’s killing me 🤦🏻♀️ always has done. A year of exhausting broken . Sleep
Sorry it’s so tough. My eldest didn’t sleep through until 2yo. It’s very normal for kids to wake in the night, some more than others. Eldest almost 4yo and back to waking most nights again tho goes straight back to sleep once snuggled with us. Youngest wakes around 3 times a night I’d say (we co sleep so he feeds and goes back down usually - sometimes I have to get up and rock him gah)
@Juliet Co sleeping is what’s helped us too! Game changer
