Banana, avocado, strawberries, chicken (strips), homemade French fries to avoid salt

Broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, potato, spinach, avocado, buckwheat

Chicken korma, rice and naan π. Just whatever we were eating lol
did you add seasoning when cooking the food or make them separate portions βΊοΈ

We're going in strong with chicken broth, liver pate, sauerkraut juice, avocado, bone marrow and sweet potatoes πx

would try to plan our meals so he was only having one allergen at a time. He only once had a contact reaction when he had calamari and a mayo dip at a restaurant, but as it was only contact I wasnβt too bothered.

Cooked everything the way I usually do, would only reduce any spice. I donβt tend to add salt anyway, and in the grand scheme of things the portions he was having meant any salt content was low regardless.

Iβm in the middle of that too π
Weβve tried broccoli, mixed with breast milk and froze it.
Also some orange juice, fruit drinks!

Iβve a 5.5 month old boy now!

We did different meats, veggies and fruits, porridge, yoghurt, etc. We tried to do high allergens early as it is recommended to offer them before 12 months. X
