Lunch , diary free buttered toast, plain soya yoghurt either chia seeds snuck in, raspberries
Dinner, tofu , broccoli, quinoa
If we are lucky weetabix and banana for bedtime

I’ll post the screenshot I took from tiktok now 🥰

are you vegan? We are here 😃

we all are yes!!!! Damn it you’re so far from me. We only know one other vegan family!!

I’d still love to chat! I have vegan friends but their children aren’t vegan 🌱

Ahhhh drop me a message girl, lets me instagram friends hehe xx
Damn everyone is killing it 🔥 well done team! We did eggs, chives and hummus on buckwheat crackers for breakfast. Veggie nuggets tomato and pineapple for lunch. We shared a vegan cinnamon bun in the afternoon and he had more buckwheat crackers for dinner cuz he’s teething so bad. This was less healthy than usual but I still feel guilty - I never feel like we’re nailing it even on the good days.

This sounds incredible, especially that breakfast. You’re smashing it mama, be kind to yourself. Toddler diets are tricky especially when they’re teething!

Not today’s menu as she’s been with her grandparents so I couldn’t give a full run down of her food but example from a usually day (she is vegetarian but has oat or soya milk and dairy free butter most of the time as that’s what we have and very little eggs)
Breakfast: 1 piece of toast with butter and jam/1.5 crumpets, and a banana/melon
Lunch: cheese and beans wrap toasted, yoghurt pouch and grapes
Dinner: (whatever we are having usually) pasta and meatless balls in a homemade tomato/red pepper/carrot sauce. Maybe another yoghurt/jelly/fruit
