Naps

I put my son in his sleeping bag and it helps so much! At first I left it for bedtime but it got to the point where he would wake up straight away when I put him down if he wasn’t in the bag! He would also struggle to be rocked to sleep if not in it but now it only takes a couple of minutes for him to doze off in my arms! Hope this helps x

I put my boy in his sleeping bag now, only started doing it when were on vacation for some consistency but it’s def helping

I put my son in his sleeping bag for all naps and bed time, he definitely seems to associate going into his sleeping bag as time to sleep, if I don't have him in it he struggles to go over for his naps or only sleeps for 5 minutes and wakes again

I’ve always put my littles to nap/sleep in their LTD swaddles.
