We have one and ours does the same, we just bought some more filters and made sure we changed it every 2 months

I stopped using it for this reason, and I found it to make my boy poorly. The filters were getting filthy far too quickly but it never told me to replace them?

I have the old version so not sure how different they are but it doesn't tell you to clean it, they just advise you do every 4 weeks. It will alert to descale but less often than that. And the filter change is based on how many litres of water has ran through it. Our filter light just came on after 4 months but generally they last 3 months 😊

the new one claims it tells you and the light would come on as well as the app telling you but I don’t know how often because it hasn’t😂

I've just found the info online for the new one and it says cleaning every 30 days but doesn't mention if it alerts you. Filter change every 150L of water so approx 3 months and the light should come on. It doesn't say how long for descaling which is the same as mine but the light should definitely come on at some point as this is my second time using my machine so I remember doing it before 😅

there’s a light on the top that should light up orange when cleaning is required is what the instructions say, Same for the descaling. Contacted them (they’re pretty useless btw) and they said you’re in a soft water area so should be every 28ish days it alerts you but it hasn’t once in 3 and a half months😂
