Hello, I’m 27 +3 weeks pregnant and I have really bad back pain where it’s almost impossible to move without pain and every time I’m lying down or doing anything it’s just always there. I just bought deep heat cream (that doesn’t contain ibuprofen) but now I googled its ok and I don’t know if it’s actually unsafe. On the leaflet the cream comes with it doesn’t say “do not use if pregnant” it just says to consult a doctor before so I think it’s ok. Has anyone else used deep heat cream while pregnant and have they and their baby been ok?

I googled it and got this "NSAIDs, particularly after 20 weeks of pregnancy, can lead to complications such as premature closure of the ductus arteriosus in the baby, reduced amniotic fluid, and potential for prolonged labor and bleeding during delivery." so I would not risk it no matter how many said they were ok.
You are past the first trimester so I think a hot water bottle is safe to use or you could try paracetamol - either one I would check with a doctor first.

I have a back pain and my physio suggested ice packs and massage to increase blood flow but I'm 3 months pp and far as I remember not many things are safe for pregnancy but you can try ice pack to see if is helps 🤷🏼♀️

Deep heat is a NSAID which isn't recommended at all during pregnancy, more so later on. I found HOT hot water bottles or ice cold packs work a dream, depending on the day🙃 My physiotherapist recommends trying relaxtion techniques which can help losen your muscles and gentle exercises as staying in one position for too long makes the pain worse. They never worked with me but apparently it does help a lot. You could try your GP but theres nothing they can give apart from paracetamol unfortunately x

My midwife got me a massive tubi grip bandage to go over my bump and that helped massively when I was still pregnant! Then after use I had a warm bath

Deep heat is not allowed however you can use deep freeze which I used when I had aches in my foot x
