What on earth is happening to my sleep pattern? I’m 26 weeks and waking at all different times of the night for what appears to be nothing. I try for the loo but don’t need to go much and then am just wide awake for a bit (like now). Am I missing any signs of bump…I feel them a tiny bit whilst awake but nothing major (I think) going on in there…
I know I will suffer during the day or need a nap which then just messes me up more. I still work full time and want to socialise and exercise but this waking up at 3:30am doesn’t help…

I’m going to try calm and magnesium leg/foot cream before bed to see if that helps

Same here. I do “bedtime tea” from trader joes, magnesium and melatonin. Although midwife said you can’t take the melatonin, only antihistamines like Benadryl. I tried Benadryl and it feels worse than not being able to sleep at night.
