I was sat on my bed today and out of nowhere I felt sharp pain. It felt like a stitch on steroids. It's been on and off since just before 2pm. I called Triage and they said to take paracetamol and it could be musculoskeletal or how baby is positioned. It is such a shock and is worse most when I am sat up or try to lay down on my right side.

I woke up in the middle of the migjt with a sharp pain on my right side, it was gone in 10 mins or so (i was able to fall back asleep). My midwife told me that if it passes on its own then its most probably nothing to worry about

I had this the other day, one of my twins feet was stuck in my ribs and I literally couldn’t take a full breath🤣 try have a move around to see if it’s just positioning

I get it when I move sometimes 😭

I had this yesterday!! I never experienced it with my first and I was in absolute agony and got really worried. It passed within 10/15 minutes without any pain medication

I had this and went to triage for monitoring, when they pushed in that exact spot it was very painful but blood markers came back fine and internal examination also fine so was sent home and told maybe appendix or fibroid but baby is ok so they weren’t really bothered about my pain. It lasted just over a week before going, 3 of which I could hardly walk. Mentioned it to the sonographer the following week as I had a growth scan already booked in and she looked but there was nothing there and said maybe baby is pushing on my ovary catching them.
