How long are your LO’s naps?

My boy sleeps for about an hour max at home, but when I send him to nursery he sleeps 2.5-3 hours 🙂

Yeah it does effect his bedtime routine, I’ve complained numerous of times and they have said they can’t wake a baby. He’s 22 months old 🙂

If he sleeps for an hour at home that’s fine, he’s tried going all day without a nap, but it gets to 3.30/4pm and he falls asleep sitting up on the sofa 🤣

Recently gone from 2 hours to an hour or less, today was 30 mins 😭😭 but shes gone from waking muliple times in the night too frequently sleeping through (unless ill or teething) so ill take it!

Usually 1.5-2 hours sometimes up to 2.5/3 hours but that’s becoming more rare now x

My little one can go days without napping or have the odd hour nap
