So my fiancée just started a new job like a month ago and has been acting kind of weired like yes he’s not supposed to be on his phone but when he gets home he’s always on his phone still he has been but like doesn’t talk to me and has barely been helping me with the kids and gets mad at me for yelling or raising my voice because I need help and have the kids getting into things to where I can’t get them away so I have to get there attention

If he started acting weird the same time he got the new job I would look into that

You have to voice that hey we need to have a conversation about something important to me. If he doesn't care than I would just start having the conversation and you cannot go crazy and let loose. You have to lay it out respectfully otherwise you open the door for him to treat you the same. If he doesn't help you then stop helping him. I will refuse to do laundry or make or wash dishes if there is no help coming my way. Luckily my man realizes quickly that I need help and he's the only one there to help.
You should also not forget to ask him if he's okay? Men do not know how to talk about their feelings so I would start the conversation like that. And he might be like why what do you mean? Then you list off the changes in behavior and show you are concerned bc you are! Don't forget we are women and to lean into your compassion! He will only learn to be more considerate by you showing how AND you voicing your concerns (nicely). Which is hard lol when we just feel like I NEED YOU NOW!!!
And I try talking to him but he says it’s my decision on my actions on if he wants to be with me or not and that he works all day and wants a break that he’s tired like he’s stopped the random little kisses or the funny way he is and just on his phone gaming all day or watching tic toks

Sometimes they need space to work through their sadness, stress, etc. The best thing you can do is prioritize yourself and be the best version of you. I would continue to ask for help here and there bc you'll always need it, and limit certain things that don't help you/require energy like maybe sex for example, his chores, etc. Prioritize your happiness and being optimistic for your babies because too often we women rely on our partners to be happy and we shouldn't teach our children that. I know it sucks bc you miss your husband but this doesn't sound like a quick fix. He's still there, just disappointing you. Let him know, but continue to focus on you and the children.

Oh and I would respond to him saying that like "it is my decision but it's also yours to keep whatever this is to yourself when I'm clearly concerned, this is affecting our relationship and you are saying you do not care, I miss your affection and I feel the phone is more important than this whole family. I hope this is just temporary" and let it be, short and sweet to the point
I just have some kind of feeling because there’s less I love yous unless I say it and I feel he mumbles it back there’s little to no affection he’s always trying to be by him self while I’m home all day with the kids and my dad and my dads dog who he won’t train I need a break or help to but don’t get it even tho I ask anyone

The dad and dog are not helping and ideally if you can say bye bye to that then you would be able to handle this issue with your husband much easier. Why are they living with you?
We got forced to live with my parents and move across country from where I was born and raised they said if we didn’t move with them they would cut off any financial help my dads name is on my car and we do every other month for payment and then insurence but everything would be cut off and then they promised help with the kids and that was a lie and a lot of other lies

Oh girl, I'm so sorry. Is your husband the source of primary income? Do you make anything? If not you will need to find a way to reach him and get your goals aligned to get out of there. There's too many factors happening and negatively impacting your relationship. If you can get him to agree that the in laws are a problem and let's work together to get out you might find your way back together that way.
Yes he’s the only one working and we moved in with my parents because they forced us to because where we lived before was ripping us off and they said they could help with the kids so I could get a job but they lied and so I’m stuck still being a sahm with them complaining all the time about the kids and we aren’t married yet we were going to in October but we have to move the wedding to January and I’m wanting to move back to my home state where we moved from but that’s going to be a challenge for the relationship but I can’t stand being here any longer
We did before but we got screwed over and the people were stealing money from us charging double the rent as all the other people living in other apartments
And with all that and he had also lost his job due to a huge layoff at the company there so we had to move I had to quit my job because of moving with my parents so he just found a job and I’m wanting to move back where I was before so I could actually get a job
