Frank breech

I wish I can help. My baby has been breech since 31 weeks I’m 38 now and I find out tomorrow but last week baby was still breech. Have you tried spinning baby exercises ? They offered me an ecv where they manually flip baby but I denied it but you can ask

My baby is also frank breech as of this past Monday, and I am terrified of having a c-section. I've been trying the spinning babies website exercises, but I can't tell if they are working. I have felt most of his movements in my pelvis during this pregnancy, so I don't understand how he can be frank breech. But he definitely was at my ultrasound. Try pelvis opening stretches and spinning babies. She might just not have enough room to flip. My son was breech until about 38 weeks and he randomly flipped on his own.
