Has anyone successfully managed to take it on plane? Especially Ryanair/easyjet and other budget airlines? I’ve googled whether it’s cabin approved and google says no. They don’t advertise it as cabin approved either.

Check the allowance measurements of the airline you you are going with. My friend had one and it was too big for overhead lockers. Yoyo and joolz are good size wise

I’ve taken it on the plane twice now, one of them of Ryanair. It’s not officially cabin approved (I think it’s slightly off) but it fits perfectly overhead. I just played dumb 😂 I folded it and put it in the silver cross bag before boarding and they didn’t even say anything! Worst that can happen is that they will ask you to leave it at the plane door, and it will be waiting for you at the door as soon as you land! X

Thats annoying about baggagr claim! Joolz is really good, I went for the 1st one as it was one sale when the 2nd came out, they do come up on FB and vinted but sell quickly. In my opinion it was worth it as I use it for quick shopping trips etc as its so much lighter than my main pram.

I see, that makes sense! I’m also not from the UK so always back & forth to see family, but honestly I absolutely LOVE our silver cross clic, even if I hadn’t been able to take it on the plane I would have still got it because it’s so light weight and easy to fold/unfold when you’re alone, plus my daughter loves it and seems super comfy! We’ve got the silver cross reef at home and I’m often tempted to get the travel one out because I secretly prefer it 😅
Maybe keep an eye out for future sales for the joolz or yoyo, if you travel a lot might be worth investing x

I have the silvecross clic 2 and took it on the plane no issues! Pushed it down the aisle (fits!) And then fine in overhead lockers
