Anyone having trouble with trying to make an account?
I’ve been trying since being 8 weeks currently 11 and I have my 12 scan next week!
I’ve tried my midwife no answer even emailed her! Phoned burton midwife team today and was told they would get back to me by the day of the still not heard anything!
At this point if I don’t get some answers tomorrow I’m going have to cancel my 12 week scan!

I had issues with it too but my midwife sorted it at my next appointment and I didn't need it for any hospital appointments really, they all had access to it their side and eventually after my midwife raised it with the IT team I gained access around like 16 weeks it think xx

My midwife told me to create an account using my email rather than the NHS login. You jut need the midwife you give you the access code which I’m sure you can get at your appointment.
