1 how do co sleeping mums keep warm??.
2 my daughter is nearly 6 months and teething is hitting us hard she won't sleep unless she's in my arms or propped onto her side I don't know what's safer ATM to have a towel rolled up behind her to keep her in her side (she can roll over she's done it a handful of times) or to just cave and cosleep but also are co sleeping mums just going to bed at 7 when little ones do or what? I feel like I'd have no me time if I had to go to bed at 7 😂

My LG used to be like that. I had to sleep train her so she could stay in bed without me by her side every second.
Here is what worked:
I give her a bath after her last meal, cuddle her in bed till she's asleep , put on the white noise and stay in bed till she's fully asleep. Then, I turn on the baby camera to monitor her, go in when she's about to wake up and cuddle her to sleep again. It gets better with time if you're consistent.
Teething makes them clingy, too, so once the teeth are out, you both will get some relief.
