Does anyone else struggle with their LO’s bedtime and naps?
My 19 week old is more than ready for bed at 6pm so we put her down at this time but she wakes up every hour until 9, when she will have her last feed. She then sometimes go down for 3/4 hours (hasn’t done this in 6 weeks due to regression) or like last night only 40 minutes 🫠 and with naps she cat naps all day but will only ever contact nap, as soon as I try and put her down in her crib she wakes up.
I feel like I struggle with every aspect of her sleep, I don’t know if because her daytime naps are bad that’s why she sleeps badly at night. Or if it’s the regression that’s been going on for 6 week. I just don’t know. I try to follow cues rather than have a routine but I don’t even know if I’m doing that right tbh.

….contact naps all day as soon as he is put down wakes up and being moody and the naps last 30 minutes or less.
He naps during the day like 4 hours all together on good days but at night he sleeps ok for now he moves around when he wants the boob but he is still asleep so i just dream feed.
They do go through a lot of changes ( wonder weeks app is telling you everything )

This is us, it’s so hard!

Having the same problem. He doesn't sleep too badly at night (we put him down to sleep around 9 or 10pm as he's wide awake before then) he'll sleep for around 4- 5 hours then be up every hour or two until morning.
Daytime is a nightmare, won't nap unless you are holding him but he is very heavy and overheats very quickly so I try and put him in his bassinet only for him to immediately wake up and scream the house down until he's held again. I think he might be starting to teethe though which would explain a lot
