My baby still wakes about 10 times per night and has done pretty much continuously since he was 4 months old. Occasionally we get a few nights in a row where it drops to maybe 6 wakes ish, I start to think things are improving but then we’re right back to the almost hourly wake ups.
Honestly I’m shattered! When I mentioned this to HV she didn’t sound concerned but I’ve also heard it’s not normal to still be waking up this often now at nearly 13 months. Should I just continue to ride it out or is it worth making a gp appointment?

Do you have a feed to sleep association or anything like that?

It might be nothing and you have a baby who wakes a lot :(
but if you do decide to go to the GP you could consider asking about iron deficiency as that can cause disrupted sleep.

We had this with my first. Do you have a partner? If so send them in so the baby doesn't have the comfort association from you

Is the baby just awake or crying ? Xx

Yes it's so difficult but we just had to push through and my husband dealt with him otherwise we couldn't break the cycle

I read above that your baby feeds to sleep, are they drinking much or is it for comfort do you think? How do they feed throughout the day? My little one used to feed to sleep. Now we don’t feed him in the bedroom where he sleeps, we feed him in the front room then have a bath, a book, cuddles and then bed, so we feed him at the start of the routine x
