Couple of questions! First does anyone else’s little one only settle/sleep on you rather than you partner? My little girl still loves a contact nap but will only seem to do it on me not my husband no matter how much he tries she fights it. It’s the sweetest thing ever but also kinda exhausting when you’re the only one who can get her to sleep.
Second for anyone who’s little one uses a dummy any tips on how to stop them taking it out themselves. My little girl has figured out she can pull the dummy out or tries to put her hand in with the dummy and it comes out, she’ll start to moan and inevitably wake up if it’s not out back in. I’ve seen a few people say about taking it off them at this point which I feel awful about as I know she finds so much comfort in it but don’t want to constantly be on dummy watch during the night!

For our daughter it seemed to be a boob issue (or lack there of on my husband's part 😂) cause she likes a nap on me but she LOVES a nap on grandma (her poor back) . We found she's more willing to nap on her dad if he's got a good thick jumper on, or he's knicked my bathrobe a couple times cause she really likes it.
For the dummy, you kinda just either put up with it, or take it away 😅😂 using her mits at night helps a little bit, and we've noticed it's only the first hour or two or happens then she stops caring cause she's knocked tf out 😂

My little girl did this for a while around the same age, especially for naps. Now she’s 5.5 months and will nap with my husband! I think it just takes time?
Also we’ve still not solved the dummy issue 🤣🫣 every blimming hour it comes out and she wants it put back in!!! I was thinking about getting rid of it x

Not much on the contact naps ,but we had a dummy addict and got rid just over a week ago. We use it to calm, not sleep. She never needs it (apart from once with her jabs). Honestly, it's not been easy and it still isn't perfect! But sleep is WAY better than waking up to put in that bloody dummy 🤣

Totally empathise with the contact napping! My LG is exactly the same - I thought by 4 months she might be happier to nap on my partner but apparently not!! 🥴
