Postpartum period whilst breastfeeding

Don’t compare yourself to others on your breastfeeding journey. Seriously. It will only work you up. Just rest and breathe. For what it’s worth, with my second it was like that. The period started very light like you described the first few times. I think it was more so the body trying to heal itself than an actual period. It went on like that for several months. With my first, I didn’t have a period again for almost 10 months I think it was. :) It can be different each time and for each person. If you’re anticipating a pp stage, go ahead and do your research and know what to anticipate from medical sites and how to help your body not tank due to hormone fluctuations. There are natural things you can do to help yourself through it. :) And you can never start to easily with that stuff. And proud of you, mama! Glad you’re having a successful breastfeeding journey so far. 💗
