My little one is two years old and I left her abusive dad in July. We've been co-parenting ever since but everytime my baby come back to me her legs would be full of bruises or she's ill or she's not been properly washed. It's just so frustrating and draining arguing with this man! I'm not complaining about taking care of my child but I'm the only who picks up the pieces. I'm the one who takes days off work to take care of my baby and I'm the one who buys Calpol, nebuliser, extra layers and I put on the heating just for her because I know it's winter and obviously my baby will be cold!

Do you have pictures of these bruises? Do you have pictures of how she’s being sent back to you?

If he’s sending your child back to you physically hurt and ill why do you keep sending your child over there? Hopefully you’ve been taking pictures and documenting these things, go to court don’t just keep allowing your child to get hurt.

You need to go to the police with this matter and show them evidence if you have any.
I have photos of her bruises it's mainly on her shins and some are on her face because he says she falls over a lot. If I don't comply to what he says he gets angry and tells me that it's illegally for me to harbor my child without seeing him. Then he tells his family and they bombard me with messages. I just want my child to be safe but it's just not easy with a man like this

Helllllll to the no, no, no!
First of all I would have taken photos of every single bruise. Then I would block his entire family and send him one message before blocking him too, to let him know that if he wants to see his child, it will be at a contact centre supervised by an officer of the court as clearly some fuckry is going on.
Give him the details of your solicitor if he wants to speak to you and go down the legal route of keeping everything documented.
Also I would report him to Social Services and CAFCASS so they can investigate these mysterious injuries as it’s a safeguarding issue.

First if this is the UK, have you spoken to you health visitor about this? Also if your child has physical signs of abuse then please go to the police, wether he is on the birth certificate or not does not mean that your child has to go to him, if he wants access this can be done through the courts, please safeguard your child, I am more than happy to research numbers and things for you, feel free to message me x
