My daughter is 7 months old and has just started sleeping on her front every night, her nappy keeps leaking out of the top and she wakes up wet all up her front every morning. Last night I tried the next size nappy and also tried a bigger size vest but she still leaked. It’s almost like when she moves around during the night it creates a gap at the top of the nappy. This is using pampers.
Any other advice of what to do to help stop the leaks? Thank you!

I personally haven’t experienced this but I saw a few videos of TikTok of people saying their baby’s nappy legs from sleeping on their front so during the night only they use a pull up not sure how effective this is but I seen quit a few people say it works for them

I went through this for a couple weeks whilst my son was between nappy sizes ( pampers) I used asdas own for a little while to just explore and found they were more tighter fitted around the waist so used these whilst he was between sizes. Hope that helps in any way x

I haven't tried it myself but I do know of people that put the nappy on backwards to help with this issue x

We have the same issue with our little boy since rolling. We’ve tried all sorts but the best results we got were from pull ups. He’s in size 3 at the moment so we put size 3 pull ups on first and then put a size 4 night time pull up over the top. Still get some leaking if he poops but no where near as much and, if just a wee seems to keep him pretty dry x

I personally don't rate pampers, Ive had so many leaks and blowouts to me they arent worth the price tag! Have you tried Rascals nappies? They are really good and we rarely have a leak. You can buy them in Tesco and Morrisons.

We have had this issue for months, he started rolling early so has basically always slept on his front. He still wakes twice a night for a feed, but I try to avoid a nappy change if possible. We've tried basically every supermarket own brand as well as pampers nappies and he leaks out the front of every single one of them. I'm going to give pull ups a try, as I think I switched my eldest to pull ups when he started crawling anyway. Baby is just 6 months, in size 4 nappies and size 9-12 month clothing, so nappy and clothing size isn't the issue here either
