Anxiously been waiting for my first baby to kick and recently found out I have an anterior placenta. Think I've been feeling very small bubbles and flutters I'm 17w3d 🥰

I can’t remember exactly when I felt them but it was around 20 or shortly after that I was really able to feel baby. My first I felt much faster with a posterior placenta

I had an anterior placenta and I remember I had my gender scan at 20 weeks before I felt any kind of movements xx

My placenta was towards the top and kicks and punches were all down low so I felt it ALL and it was painful lol

I was definitely feeling movement around 16 weeks+ and had anterior placenta BUT I also had previa so my placenta was far down, so I don’t think I can speak to the typically anterior placenta experience

Yes I deffo felt movements around 16 weeks with my 3rd. It didn’t make no difference to me kicks were still strong

yes currently 16 weeks 3 days and have been feeling movement, this is my first and my placenta is quite high up and feel most movement down below x

I clicked 20-22 as first pregnancy was at 22 weeks but second was at 18 weeks. Both anterior placentas xx

I'm 21 weeks pregnant with twins and have 2x anterior placentas, feeling pretty defined kicks now! But started feeling bubbles around 19 weeks.
I also had an anterior placenta with my son (first pregnancy) and felt proper kicks at about 24 weeks xx

Thank you everyone for your replies 🥰

I’ve got anterior placenta too, it sucks😅20 weeks on Saturday and still not quite sure if it’s her kicking me or something else so I feel you! X
