This year I plan on being more intentional about what I put in my body.. my goal is to try to eat more veggies everyday because they’re pack with nutrients and protein! Yes veggies has protein so fill up in the good stuff and limit the bad stuff! Moderation is key! I’m going to enjoy eating not deprive myself.. but also learning how to nourish my body so I can have energy to enjoy life as well🥰
