I found putting a potty in my daughter's room did the trick. I found she would often get up in the night use it herself and then go back to bed. I would also leave toilet paper there for her

I have heard horror stories about toddlers maybe tipping the potty over or wanting to play with it, but luckily I never had that issue with mine.she was also fully potty trained during the day by this point.

I’ve been cutting liquids 1-2 hrs before bed but obviously he can have sips of his drink just no full cups(and he’s well hydrated all day). We go potty right before bed at 8:30pm, at 1am and at 5:30 am and then he wakes up on his own usually around 8/9 am and goes potty without me telling him. I usually go to bed around 1 most mornings so I only have to wake up once at night to bring him to the potty and he has no issue going right back to sleep at night
