I wanted to ask if anyone is having a similar experience with fatigue in the second trimester?
I was hit quite hard with it in the 1st trimester and it subsided a little around 16 weeks but now I’m almost 20 weeks I’m finding I’m still needing frequent naps and extremely early bed times. it’s getting hard to juggle work and energy levels, let alone social time.
I have had iron and thyroid checked and assured both are fine. I am wondering if this is the norm for others too?

I’m exactly the same - could have written this myself. Unfortunately I hear some people just don’t get that magical energy increase as is told to us :(

Fatigue is totally normal in pregnancy. Still currently fatigued myself at 18 weeks going on 19. I am also having trouble sleeping with leg cramp waking me up or needing to pee then trouble going back to sleep which can also be quiet normal in pregnancy. Finding time to take it easy when you can and try not to overexert yourself.
Your doing great mumma! Keep up with naps where possible.

I’m the same at 19 weeks. Especially after a long day at work or social activity. I fall asleep on the couch most nights! Haha
