how do you wash your baby clothes? i’ve tried different settings but it seems like they always shrink down a size- my baby is almost 4 months old and in 6-9month clothing and almost out of that! can’t tell if he is actually just growing that fast or if i’m doing something wrong with laundry
thank you!

Hey! I also have a 4 month old who is wearing 6-9 month clothes and before long will need 9-12. I'd say keep doing what you're doing and trust the fit rather than the size number on the clothes.
I wash usually at 30/40°C and hang on airer to dry instead of tumble dry.
Tumble drying is usually the cause for shrinkage of clothes in my house!
Also hello, 3am buddy

We use de 30”/30oC cycle and hang on dryer. No clothes shrinking, but defo baby growing 😅

Same as above, we wash at 30°c and hang on the airer. 4 months today and he has already started in some 9-12 months bits, mainly sleepsuits but he is high percentile/off the charts so not much of a surprise. It's just a good sign they are growing!

Sleepsuits also 6-9m x

we wash everything on 30C fast setting haven't had any issues with shrinking stuff, it's wild how much sizing between brands varies 🫠 pretty annoying don't understand why baby clothes can't be length based there's loads of difference between a 4 month old baby A and baby B.... genetics duh.
