What sauces are you putting with your noodles? I want to do a stir fry but all my home made recipes contain things like honey or soy (which is quite high in salt). My 10 month old is a foodie already, usually polishing off 3 meals a day with snacks too (and an abundance of milk) so I would love to take him on a world tour with food!

Low sodium soy, peanut butter, sesame oil and lime was my go to prior to 1 year :) and my daughter still likes it now at nearly 3.

Sweet and sour? Or hoisin/plum sauce?

Sesame oil?

Garlic, ginger, tomato paste, water and a Chinese 5 spice seasoning from m&s (has no salt or additives in it)

I made this up but I made it for my lo and he loved it it tasted really good as well just make sure you cook everything down and don’t add tooo much ginger so it doesn’t over power the meal

Here for the suggestions too. I was about to make a stir fry tonight and didn’t know what sauce to mix in for my 10 month too, as everything is quite salty which I’d usually use lol

We’ve done these - https://www.sweetmonday.co.uk/blog/2021/09/cucumber-peanut-noodles.html - and just used a low salt soy sauce and no additional sweetener. Obviously it changed the taste a bit but 🤷 little bit of extra lime, coriander and vinegar and it was nice x

You can buy low sodium soy. I have all 3 types as an Asian I have low sodium, normal soy, and dark soy lol. Dark soy is just mainly for color when we need a darker sauce.
