As hard as it is I find keeping busy so the day goes quicker. I’ve never been one to ‘nap when baby naps’ I think I’ve done it twice in the 14 months shes been here 😂 I always feel worse for napping but that’s just me x

Coffee

Keep busy. Coffee. A good diet. Getting dressed for the day. And a shower in the morning as soon as you’re awake.

Fresh air, being around nature, trying.to remember to drink water often and not forgetting to eat. Having plans to look forward too. Podcasts to keep the mind a bit stimulated. Getting rid of clutter.
I also think brushing teeth, shower and getting dressed first helps how you feel.
It's so hard though isn't it. Some days are harder to do all the things that help :p
