Hiya, my period returned 2 days ago - I am nearly 11 mths PP. I only pump now and I have noticed a huge dip in output, it’s probably more than halved. Just now I got 1oz from pumping 20 mins both sides. We supplement with formula anyway but having to use a lot more! Is this permanent and will my supply go back up when my period has finished?

My understanding is that your cycle can affect the output due to hormonal changes so there's a good chance it will go back up again..... so long as you don't let other things like your hydration and pumping schedule lapse.
Wanting advice on co-sleeping , do you co sleep with your baby and where does your partner sleep? We have co slept since baby was 1 month old and partner has slept on the sofa, she is now 3 months old and I’m starting to miss my partner

My little one has started waking up with a dry nappy overnight, but then has a big wee after feeding. Is this normal, and do I need to be concerned? Would love to hear from you all.
She has lots of wet nappies through the day and is having plenty of her milk/bottle through the day. She is 5 and a half months old.
Thanks all

My husband works during the week and I’m on mat leave. I start my LO bedtime routine at 8pm and she needs to be held to sleep (she’s 12 weeks) so basically my bedtime has now become the same as hers. During the week he doesn’t get up at night to help with the baby because of work and he needs his rest but on the weekends he stays up all night playing video games and will complain that he couldn’t sleep.
I feel like if he’s up anyway, he could help with putting her to sleep but since she’s EBF, he will use the excuse that he can’t feed her so he can’t. Is it fair for me to be upset about this?
Edit: will also add that on weekends , he will wake up around 2pm but then will spend a few hours with her and encourages me to do something for myself. But it’s the nights that get me!

My daughter is eight months. She’s been crawling for a month now. Starting to get into things and grabbing things. Starting to throw herself back and cry when she doesn’t get her way. When do I start telling her no and letting her cry it out? Usually I hand her a toy or put on a show she likes. She already kind of listen to me. Example whenever we’re in the living room she crawls towards my cart I have set out for me with her stuff on it, I’ll say her name She’ll turn her around and look at me. I’ll tell her to come here/back and she’ll come. She knows the sign for milk and play so she’s very smart I just don’t know when I should start telling her no and be firm cause I’m not sure she understand that yet. I hope I make sense lol
