I know that feeling! I only have one she’s 14 months and can’t imagine how it must be having multiple!! Have you got any support from anyone else? Don’t be too hard on yourself x

Do you have a partner? Can you talk to your partner to give you 1 - 2 hours alone time or 1 morning or afternoon every so often at the weekend to do something just for you? A walk alone, exercise, self care, a mooch round the shops, a coffee out, a hobby or interest. It really refreshes and allows you to enjoy the time you do spend with your kids more.
Remember each stage of parenting is a phase - your children will become more independent and content, but it's hard to see when you are in the thick of it.

Bless you it's exhausting some days in completely different ways!
Do you not have any support from anywhere?

I have a 2 years old and a newborn,I can totally relate!
Does your partner support you?
Family and friends?
Ask for support from the people around you and take a mental health break.
Sometimes I leave the kids with my husband, grab the car keys and go out for 3 hours plus when I’ve had enough.Go out,do things you enjoy doing and come back home refreshed OR I leave the kids with him, switch off my phone and go to a quiet space in the house, lock the door and sleep for atleast 2 hours with no interruptions
These little habits helps me be a more stable mom and wife
Sending you love and hugs
I’m sorry for the sad post but I’m honestly struggling so much and I feel so alone. I’ve tried to explain how I feel to my husband and mum but they don’t seem to get it. I have a 13 month old and I’m 4 months pregnant. I’m tired all the time, not happy in my marriage, put on so much weight and have absolutely no desire to do things. I’ve tried looking for a counsellor to talk to and just on the waitlist but I need to know it gets better. I feel like I’m stuck in a dark hole just pretending I’m okay to everyone my friends and family and work colleagues but I’m really really not.

I’ve been with my partner for 3 years and we have a 2 year old. I got pregnant only 2 months after meeting him, we said let’s make it work. We have an ok relationship but there’s no emotional connection. He think it’s ok but I’ve expressed I’m not happy.
Recently an ex from 7 years ago just told me he’s still in love with me and he wants to peruse this again. I wasn’t expecting to feel all the things that I’m feeling and now I can’t stop thinking about the possibility of us together.
But I have a two year old. I feel like it’s selfish to even think about these things because I’d be taking away his home, his dad his normal. Do I just stay for the sake of my child? I mean my partner isn’t a horrible person we just aren’t in love or do I leave and explore this new connection with my ex? I’m so confused

I haven’t been on contraception for 10 years, but never fell pregnant until we started trying. I am 8 weeks post partum and debating having the mirena coil fitted. Can anyone share their experiences please?
