Anyone feels like they are surviving on Diet Coke? I’m currently 15 weeks and I feel nauseous, and the only thing that helps is Diet Coke, but at the same time, I feel really guilty for drinking it. Please tell me anyone drinks it too so I feel better 😭😭😭😭

For me it’s the full fat coke, lemonade, sparkling flavoured water. Since getting pregnant all I can drink are sparkling drinks lol

I'm drinking loads of squash...everything else makes me feel gross but I'm craving an energy drink so bad lol

I crave full fat coke. It can't be diet, sugar free or pepsi, just not worth it. I limit myself by only allowing it when we are out for dinner or having a takeaway but I have at least a couple cans a week 🙈

Just before I got pregnant it was honestly harder giving up Diet Coke than smoking! I got a soda stream in the end and just used lemon/cucumber/fruit. It’s not the same but it does take the edge off the Diet Coke craving. If you do decide to stop you might get withdrawal symptoms too - the caffeine and aspartame in it both give me headaches when I stop either of them 😵💫

So glad other people have commented but for me it’s full fat coke. It’s the only thing that calms my all day nausea!!

Yes Coke Zero and sweets stuff 🫣 I’ve had to ask my husband to stop bringing it into the house to help me stop eating it.

I actually ended up going off Coke this pregnancy, absolutely obsessed with a Pepsi max though which was my craving last pregnancy too x

I drink it

What are you worried about ? You aren't doing coke lol

If you’re worried about it there are some completely safe options of antiemetics you can be prescribed by your GP which may help the nausea x
Can anyone please help me advise what to buy for my hospital bag when it comes to maternity pads/knickers? I am very stuck! Not sure obviously whether this will end in vaginal birth or c section, but any recommendations would be very handy!

7.5 week PP and I think I’ve gotten my period, but it’s very light, mostly just spotting with tiny bit of mini clots. I’ve been reading everywhere the opposite as everyone having super heavy flow, so now questioning if it’s normal or if it even is period..?!
