Maybe this is a dumb question but how are we supposed to get strength training in with a 1 year old?
Working out at home is not an option and my gym has no daycare
I have a pullup bar but i cant do a pullup anymore 🥲 and an aerial hoop but the frame turned into a swingset 😅
