I think I’m setting my daughter up to fail. She still requests cows milk in her toddler cup in her bed! Then we change her night nappy at around 11pm drenched with pee!
What’s the point of a bedtime routine of using the loo, bath and brushing teeth when she’s still drinking milk and having a soaked nappy because of it.
Should I go cold turkey or wait till she grows out of it 😭

I have started slowly reducing the amount of milk we give at bedtime. It’s a long process though, because my little girl was having about 250mls before bed 😳

I know routines are hard at this age but does anyone have somewhat of a structure to their day with their LO? I. E when does LO nap and for how long and when do they go to sleep.
My LO is a bad sleeper with multiple wake ups during the night. I’m really deliberating whether it’s because of the naps he’s having during the day. I usually allow him to have one long contact nap in the morning (to make sure he’s not groggy for the rest of the day) his other naps are usually short and I put him down for them. I also like to hold him for his last nap so he’s not overtired and I can put him down for bedtime easier. He falls asleep anywhere between 7-8:30pm depending on how the day has gone.
Any tips / advice would be v helpful!

Has anyone had any success of placing babies in their cot awake and them falling asleep independently?
My LO is 10 months, and as soon as put him down (even if showing all the tired cues & drowsy), hes immediately on his front and then pulling himself up! If i leave to get him to self settle, he becomes inconsolable....eventually will fall asleep in my arms but will not be put down!
Any tips/ advice?
