TikTok was my best friend when I started my fitness journey. Then you kinda learn as you go, start off basic is my best advise 🥰

First time, I would recommend getting a PT. They would be able to ensure you're lifting safely and how to properly use rhe equipment and they will also guide you on nutrition so you are getting the correct food and macros to build the muscle. I've been training for a few years and always have at least 2 sessions a week with a PT, especially now when I am in my first trimester.
