I’m so sorry, you should get an appointment for an ultrasound to confirm. There are other causes of bleeding in a pregnancy besides miscarriage but unfortunately if it’s a miscarriage there’s nothing they can do to reverse it or stop it

At home pregnancy test, hcg blood work, and ultrasound seem to be the pipeline to confirm early pregnancy/first trimester viability.

Best to get a ultrasound scan to check if baby's okay and be able to know the cause of bleeding.
