Nose picking and eating - 3.5 years old

My LG around 2.5-3 used to pick her nose and eat it quite a lot too, especially at bedtime weirdly. It is gross but she has stopped doing it all by herself now because she knows how to blow and wipe her nose instead and we let her get her own tissue and she loves it because she’s a big girl for doing it on her own.

5year old son has been doing it a few months, makes me feel sick!!🤮

I’ve read that children that eat their boogers builds immunity

I laughed and so did my mom because all 3 of her kids did it as children and we were never sick. I’m still never sick 🤣
