How do people clean with kids??

Hiya, I do have this problem with my little one at times an I usually put him in his high chair with a few snacks/fruit an pop him in front of the tv, or you could try pop him in his cot with some toys, books etc xx

I have this problem with my 6mo, but because she's demanding. Sounds gross but the bathroom hasn't been done since before Christmas and the windows haven't been done in over 1 year because I defo didn't do them while I was pregnant... But spending time with her is more important for me. I have her clothes I need to sort and pictures to put in her baby album and seeds to plant for food snacks this summer but just don't get chance. I put Mr Tumble on so I could mow the grass on Friday as it was about 10cm tall 🤣 doesn't help that the OH wants to spend his days off doing fuck all 🙄

I’ve got a cleaner once a month

My sons nearly 2. I do it when hes eating or napping so hes not destroying stuff as i go or if hes in a particularly good mood i can clean with him following me around the house. Sure it might take a little longer but as long as hes not causing havoc i dont mind. It often helps taking him to the park for 2 hours because then hes happy sat in his room by himself while i clean carrying the baby monitor around

I just clean when he has his nap 😴 or I just clean and turn it into a game a chase him around while hoovering he loves it, I also got him a toy Dyson hoover that looks exactly like mine so he follows me doing it too
Then while he plays I’ll clean & tidy I’m very much a clean as you go type of person which seems to work well
