Maternity leave

i’m sure you can, you should be able to request a copy of your employee handbook to make sure too

the only thing i’d watch out for is that if your employer pays you the maternity pay but have enhanced it to more than the statutory amount then some employers require you to go back for a certain amount of time otherwise they will request the extra money back

but if you claim maternity allowance or you only get the statutory maternity pay then you won’t have that problem

i’d try request the employee handbook and have a read through it so you can find all the info just to be sure x
