That’s going to depend on what you need to be supported. Do you need a nap when he gets home from work? Help with meal prep for days you don’t have the energy to make lunch?
Also, if you have a bipolar diagnosis, you’d have had a manic or hypomanic episode before. They could possibly happen again so maybe reviewing what symptoms to watch for so he can help you identify it would be helpful.
