How is everyone going about the clock changes? I didn’t realise the clocks changed this weekend so haven’t done anything gradually, I’m thinking just go with it and things will sort themselves out?! I have the napper app but it’s just doing its normal thing with nap times etc, doesn’t seem to be adjusted… FTM so never done this😅

I've never done anything with when the clocks go forward, I have personally found it has minimal impact. Plus my first is an early riser so I'll take the later wake up for as long as I can...6:45am this morning instead of 5:45am!!
I only were really take action when the clocks go back. On the nights leading to clocks go back, I just put bedtime a bit later each night until it is an hour later than normal.
Though I do think it's is very baby dependant, some will not care and for others it's a major adjustment!
