Changing diaper

I have a question.. do y’all change your babies diapers during nap time while being out? My baby fell asleep and needs a diaper change.. but he struggled to fall asleep and I feel so bad waking him up to change his diaper because I know he won’t fall back asleep

If babies asleep the nappy waits. Mine wouldn’t sleep with a dirty nappy but if they were wet I’d rather change the outfit because of a leak than wake them!

You could do overnight diapers during nap time when you take him out. But I usually wouldn’t change my baby’s diaper if he’s napping. Before nap I’ll change it and after nap I’ll change it.

Never wake a sleepy baby!!

Just wet?! Let them sleep. They WILL wake up if they’re uncomfortable.
I choose to change clothes if there’s a leak over having a too tired, cranky baby any time hehe

Never wake that sleeping baby! If he’s comfortable enough in a wet diaper, then leave it! Soiled poopy diapers are a different thing in my opinion. But pee is 100% okay! If you’re worried, then always put Vaseline as a preventative around the typical sensitive areas. No diaper rash!

I always change the nappy mid feed, sometimes my boy falls asleep and 9/10 it wakes him back up

I’d only change it if it was a dirty nappy. It’s the same overnight I’ll only change it before bed and first thing in the morning as my baby won’t fall back asleep after having his nappy changed.

If it’s not poop, leave it!!

Thank you all for the replies! That’s what I usually do I let him wake up on his own and then change his diaper

If he’s not going to be asleep for much longer than I wait to change it but if he’s about to sleep for the next few hours and he’s very wet then I’ll change him and pray he goes back to sleep

Only if it’s poop, otherwise nope let them sleep and change them once they’re awake x

Which ideaology do you wish would disappear?

1. Toys have genders
2. Breastfeeding past 1 year is just for the Mum
3. Boys don't cry
4. You can sleep train a newborn

Couldn't fit an option for all of them

What age did you stop breastfeeding?

So I love my breastfeeding journey and I’m not trying to stop anytime soon. My youngest just turned 1. Does anyone have any positive stories to share about their journey and how you dealt with things like biting, dips in supply, or self-weaning?

I’m lost

My daughter turns 6 months soon and will not stop crying. She has NEVERRR been like this at all. I put her down, she cries, I hold her, she cries. I am so tired and slowly going insane. I don’t know why she’s so sad. She doesn’t want a bottle, she doesn’t want to play and she doesn’t want to sleep. Someone please tell me this is normal or if I should take her to a doctor

Do you think a mom can be committing SA to make her 3 year old nurse?

My friend nurses her 3 year old boy. It was super uncomfortable because she said it’s time for a feed and he threw a fit and said he didn’t want to and then she basically made him. It was weird.
