First time, Mom here and emergency C-section Mom as well. I’m about eight months postpartum and still struggling to get my FUPA gone/toned. I’ve legitimately tried everything Pilates, physical therapy, running, weightlifting, and calorie deficit. Nothing seems to be working right now. My fear is I’d have to go under and get a plastic surgery but Hail Mary I would love to try to find something that works. Does anybody have any suggestions?
