Yes and keep hydrated and up your protein!
If you don’t have enough protein you will lose muscle mass as well as fat, hence lots of ladies getting the flat bum. I didn’t eat enough protein at the start and lost my arse and went jiggly in the belly for the first time. When I worked out the issue and upped my protein to 100g a day minimum, I recovered muscle and toned up really nicely.
