Thanks. I was blindsided. Although since little boy came along things hadn’t been great, due to parenting coming before the relationship. I didn’t see this coming. I always thought life would get easier as our little one is quite difficult with possibly additional needs and we would come back together and find us again. But apparently she wants more to life and it’s hard to love a child that isn’t yours

I was blindsided with my ex ending our 8 year relationship, seemingly out of nowhere. I know the shock and heartbreak you’re feeling. You literally take it one hour at a time if that’s all you can manage. Try to stay present in this moment, with what you can control. And let friends and family hold you up when you can’t hold yourself right now. I’m sorry you’re going through this ❤️
