Going back part time at work

Part time, I dropped Friday's when I went back to have a full day with LO. Then after 6 months I dropped an hour a day as I was exhausted. Now he's at school I didn't have to change my hours and I still have Fridays off 🙌🏼

I’ve gone back on reduced hours, 25 a week but I do 5 days a week still.
I have an older child at school, so I get to do drop off and pick up now and spend the afternoons with both my boys ☺️

I literally went back to my normal shifts so i do 5 days 45 hours but while at work i get photos videos sent to me of my lo and i video call her about 3 times so it really helps

I went back full time (not the original plan, my husband changed job to better his mental health and his wage dropped by over half). I hated it! So I dropped a day. I find 4 days is a good mix. But thankfully not missed any big mile stones. My daughter took her first steps infront of us and im so glad we saw that together

Part time and couldn't imagine it any other way.
