Bottle bath book bed

Does anyone do this routine? We are struggling with false starts at the moment and I think it’s down to the last wake window not being as long as it should be. My LO feeds every 3 hours so needs a cat nap in between otherwise he gets overtired. Bath book then bottle just doesn’t seem to be working for us so want to see if anyone else follows bottle first before Bath.

I dont have time to bath baby everyday... she has a bath on wednesdays and Sundays for now (might have to bath once she starts eating dinner on her own lol) otherwise I do pyjama, book and boob 😅 often with a toddler around

A bottle is the only thing that settles my LO after a bath. She hates getting out to the point she screams the street down unless she has a bottle in her mouth

We don’t do bath every night as my little one has very dry skin. We do pj’s, sleepbag with sensory light on for stimulation. Cuddle with dad. Bottle and bed xx

Bath, bottle, sleep. I take my LO up at around 7:30-8pm ish bath him, have the bottle ready so as soon as you have them ready it's done and also have white noise on whilst feeding. I do this every night and he sleeps from around 10pm-1am, then wakes up for a feed and sleeps until around 6/7am etc

We’ve done this tonight, I gave her a bottle at 5:30, bath at 06:05, me and her brother read her a book around 6:20 and she’s in bed by 6:30 I think as long as it’s somewhere in the mix it’s all good xx

Co sleeping? Is it dangerous?

I had been co sleeping with my 6 month little girl for the past month, I met up with my friend who’s a nurse and she told about an 8 month old baby passed away due to co sleep (rolled on her tummy and couldn’t move).
It really scared me so the past week we have transferred her to her cot (still next to our bed) but she is wakes 7-10 times a night and I’m exhausted and struggling so bad.
Do you guys co sleep or has anyone successfully got their co sleeping baby into their cot?
Any advice would be amazing❤️

7 month regression?!

My baby has usually slept through the night, until now... She wakes at least once or twice through the night. She won't settle unless I feed/or rock her back to sleep.

I've heard of different methods to help them self soothe back to sleep.. how do you manage this? She just doesn't want to settle, sometimes she is awake for a few hours before finally sleeping again. And sometimes she wakes as soon as I lay her down which then sometimes takes me another hour to settle.

Baby found voice

My 10 month old has found her voice, it doesn’t bother me during the day of the pterodactyl screeching or weird sounds but for the last week now she will not go to sleep when it’s bed time, she’s up hours on end making sounds. Did this happen to anyone else’s baby? Did anyone find a way to make them go to sleep ?

Bras after breastfeeding

Can anyone recommend some good bras now that I’ve finished breastfeeding and I’ve got 2 half empty sacks? 🤣
I’ve tried the brands Lounge, Boux Avenue (no underwire) and NEXT (underwire.)

They either slip underneath during the day or towards the middle 🥴💕

Can’t get baby back to sleep

My baby is currently awake and won’t go back to sleep if I put him down.

I asked my husband 3 times to help but he won’t because he worked until 8.30pm and is working all day tomorrow which I think is BS excuse. He thinks because he works long hours 6 days a week he doesn’t have to help

Group B Strep

I've just been reading an article about the risks of having Group B Strep and passing it onto your baby. Has anyone been tested on the NHS or paid for private testing? Just wondering if this is something I should do....
