There’s so much conflicting advice. I keep seeing after 8pm is too late but then some things say later bedtime helps night wakes. I’ve tried earlier I’ve tried later but can’t find sweet spot!? Everything is so bloody complicated 🤦♀️

I was doing 9-10pm but huckleberry was saying it was too late in the day. Based on her naps she was getting overtired, I’ve started doing between 7:30-8:30pm where possible. She’s currently going through the sleep regression so I’m actually not seeing a difference at night, however her daytime naps she’s not fighting as much x

I take my baby up at 7:30-8pm bath him, feed and sleep and he usually falls asleep around 10ish until 1/2am then feed/change if needed a change and sleeps until about 6/7am etc I done earlier and there was too many wake ups

Bath at 7, bottle and bed at 7.30/8ish. It all depends on the time of their last nap

We do it for 7/7:30 but you just have to have an expectation about wake up time. She's usually awake 6/6:30 and two wake ups in the night too

I also have a 4 yo so can't really do it later as it would clash with hers

7:45-8pm. Wakes up at 3-4am for bottle and then sleep until 7-7:30am

We were doing 9pm and she was waking for a feed at the 2/3 and through till 6. We thought the same as you so tried to bring it forward to 7pm now she needs a feed at 11/12 as well as 3/4 so our sleep has gotten worse 🤣 so we are going back to 9pm.

Any time between 7-8 pm, always depends on when last nap was x

Depends on when you start your mornings, with our first we stayed up late and got up late which was great for us. This time round our 2yo wakes up around 7/8 so he goes to bed around that time on the evening and our Nov baby has just settled into that routine so will go to bed then also, but still wakes every few hours currently

Start around 7.30. LO usually asleep by 9pm.
